Correct Application for Spray Adhesive Glue
Correct Operation for Spray Adhesive Glue Step1: Run the ventilation system in the construction locate, open doors and windows to ventilate the place. Step2: Before construction, check the lance and let away the seeper in the pressure pipe. Step3: Make the surface of the material clean, without grease, dust or impurity. Step4: Muzzle spray averagely. Linear style: muzzle form 45° angel, better to keep a distance of 0.5m between the muzzle and the surface of the material, the air-pressure of the lance should be adjusted to 6-8 kgs accordingly. Sector style: plumb up the muzzle with the surface of the material to spray even sector gel fog whose angle is approximately 45°. Step 5: After even spray, lay it for 1-5 min to agglutinate it. (Or when the coating is not sticky). Stpe6: Better to place some pressure when conglutination is done.
Cautions during the spray 1. Separate the spray workshop from others workshops, operator should wear safely. 2. Move steadily and averagely, without pile up gel or lack of gel. 3. Spray the gel evenly to cover the material standardizing on 12 square meters per kg, the gel coating should not be too sticky. 4. Agglutinated effects are best when double-sided spraying and besmearing. 5. Clean out the lance when not in use.
Effects arising from improper spraying and besmearing 1. The viscous force is insufficient when the gel coating is too thin. 2. The cost will increase and the drying speed will slower resulting in pile up gel to effect the quality of agglutination when the gel coating is too thin. 3. Pile up gel, lack of gel or unglued after partial agglutination will arise when the gel coating is sprayed and besmeared unevenly. |
