Problem - Shooting on Spray Adhesive Glue

Common Problems:

1. Poor Intial Glutinosity
Possible reasons:
Gel volatilization too fast or slow
Affection on glutinosity with lower temp
Moisture air tube of lance
Too humid
Thicker spray layer with slower dry
Too thin to cover
Solutions:
Adjust speed of volatilization or alter technique
Adjust temp or exchange lower-temp resistant brd.
Expel seeper in the air compressor
Adjust job site humidity
Adjust spray quantity according to proper operation
Adjust spray quantity according to proper operation

2. No Spraying
Possible reasons:
Lower air pressure
Temp too low affecting viscosity
Lance failure
Viscosity too high
Solutions:
Raise air pressure to 6/kg
Higher job site temp or change lower-temp brand
Change or repair lance
Dissolve gel glutinosity with thinner

3. Uneven Spray
Possible reasons:
Air pressure too low
Lance failure
Spray distance too far
Viscosity too high
Solutions:
Raise air pressure to 6/kg
Change or repair lance
Adjust the spray distance and angle
Dissolve gel glutinosity with thinner

4. Spraying Floss
Possible reasons:
Spray distance too far
Gel too thin
Solutions:
Adjust the spray distance and angle
Adjust glutinosity or change other type of gel

5. Powered & Unglued
Possible reasons:
Too much gel
Poor aging-resistance
Solutions:
Spray evenly, properly with moderate ply
Use better gel with good heat-resistance

6. Bad Smell
Possible reasons:
Poor ventilation
Temp too high
Too much spray
Solutions:
Improve ventilation, make it effective though
Improve ventilation
Spray evenly, operate properly

7. Unglued under Sunshine
Possible reasons:
Poor ultraviolet resistance
Poor adherence
Solutions:
Avoid being under insolation or change other
Conglutinate according to correct way

8. Easy Unglued After Heating, One Face With Gel Other Not
Possible reasons:
Gel spray not enough
Poor heat & aging-resistance
Gel spray not enough
Sticking not till totally dried (mostly seen in winter)
Solutions:
Operate according to normal gel quantity
Enhance sticky power or other type of gel
Apply in compliance with normal gel quantity
Stick after totally dry, usually takes 5-10 mins

9. Unglued After Conglutination, Partially Good and Partially Bad
Possible reasons:
Insufficient gel with uneven spray
Piled up gel with uneven spray
Solutions:
Adjust air pressure of lance & distance, spray evenly
Adjust air pressure of lance & distance, spray evenly

10. Unglued after Conglutination
Possible reasons:
Partially depressed while sticking
Gel piled up with wet conglutination
Improper time conglutination
Solutions:
Try best to depress while conglutinating
Stick after totally dry, usually takes 5-10 mins
Conglutinate at the best time of opening
