1、Before-sales service (1)We make definite explanation of product performance, application, usage and quality condition to Client. (2)We provide clients with exact product specifications, including testing reports, quality certificates, etc. (3)We set a service hotline to resolve various usage question or problems for Client. 2、During-sales service (1)Clients who would like to take direct cooperation with us need to record on Client Particulars and complete User Service Track Card. (2)Our sales will call newly explored Client for delivery feedback, including product quality, transportation mode, packaging conditions, etc. in three days after goods arrive. If necessary, we'll send our engineer together with the goods to explain product usage and technical requirement. (3)Our sales will call Client at least once a month to collect Client's suggestions and resolve Client’s problems. |

3、After-sales service (1)We will response to Client’s complaints against product quality within a working day, and send service personnel to resolve the problems in 48 hours. (2)We guarantee refound, replacement of products in case of quality problems. (3)We are responsible for any cost in dealing with quality problems, including the loss to Client. | |
